THE TERRITORY AT THE HEART
Just 40 kilometers from Rome lies Palombara Sabina. This village, nestled on the slopes of the Lucretili Mountains, is dominated by Savelli Castle and embraced by a landscape rich in biodiversity, where ancient olive groves and lush orchards tell a long agricultural story.
Today, Palombara is known for its production of EVO oil and its "Ravenna" cherries, symbols of a vibrant agriculture that respects natural cycles and expresses the extraordinary richness of the Sabina landscape.
